📑 Terms and Conditions

Before booking your children’s event with Epic Events, please read and follow the terms and conditions below.

 

​Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Order

There will not be a contract between you and Epic Events until we have received full payment of your deposit. By paying your deposit, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Before this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any package booked by you.

 

Booking and Payments

Once you have placed your party package booking, it will prompt you to “pay in person.” However, to secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your total fee.

After placing your booking, you will receive an email with bank details to transfer your deposit payment.

The remaining balance must be paid on the Monday before your event, via bank transfer or secure online booking (details will be provided once your booking is placed)

 

We are currently unable to accept online bookings for the Midlands. If you book online for here, we will decline your booking via email.

Changes to Booking

Any changes to your booking must be communicated via email at least 4 weeks in advance.

Epic Events reserves the right to adjust entertainment if required.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made via email at least 4 weeks before your event date to be eligible for a refund (if you paid in full).

No refund will be given if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the event.

You will not receive a refund on your deposit at any given point after your booking is placed as it is non-refundable. 

 

Venue Requirements

Your venue must provide a safe and suitable environment for Epic Events entertainment.

The venue must have access to electricity, toilets, and essential facilities, ensured by the client.

Soft Play Hire

All soft play equipment are supplied by Epic Events are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

The client agrees that all soft play equipment must be used for its intended purpose and that appropriate adult supervision is required at all times.

​

Epic Events accepts no responsibility for injury caused by misuse or lack of supervision.

​

The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, dry, level, and free from hazards prior to installation. Epic Events reserves the right to refuse or adjust setup if the area is deemed unsuitable.\

​

No food, drink, face paint, glitter, or sharp objects are permitted on or near the equipment.

Children must remove footwear and any items that may cause damage.

​

All equipment remains the property of Epic Events and must not be moved, dismantled, or tampered with once installed.

​

The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence, and may be charged accordingly.​

 

Weather Policy

If there is heavy rain, a storm, or other poor weather and your event is outdoors, you may move the event indoors, provided the change is communicated within 2 hours of the entertainer’s arrival time.

 

Photography and Media

By booking with Epic Events, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken at your event.

You also agree that any photos or videos taken may be used on social media, our website, and promotional materials.

 

Liability

Epic Events is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during your event.•Supervision of all children remains the responsibility of the client at all times.

 

Conduct

Clients and their guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner throughout the event.

The event organiser should arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the party begins.

Any allergies or important information must be communicated to us at the time of booking.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.

Any legal action will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
